Summer 2011
Come Sunday the 29th, I will be moving to New Jersey for 8 weeks to play the game I love, baseball, for a collegiate summer league. I am going there knowing absolutely no one and leaving my family during one of the only times I see them all year. Hopefully, this will work out for me in the long run, with meeting new contacts, friends, and getting scouted. Being a Left Handed Pitcher, I have pretty big goals when it comes to playing this game, and this Sunday is the first step in the process of getting to where I want to be.

Good luck with your move, it looks like a start to a whole new chapter in your life.
ReplyDeleteGlad I found your blog. I wish you the best of luck. I am a huge baseball fan, and I hope to see you in the bigs someday!
ReplyDeleteBest of luck man, I played college football and I know how much of a grind college sports can be. I also know what it's like to leave behind your family but it makes you a little more mature.
